Welcome to FerroBlaze. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, quote requests, product purchases, custom-built products, and related services.

By using this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

FerroBlaze provides handcrafted fire-cooking equipment, stainless steel grills, charcoal ovens, smokers, Santa Maria grills, tabletop grills, accessories, and custom-built products.

Some products may be ready-to-ship, while others require quotation, confirmation, production, and delivery planning before purchase.

2. Products and Custom Builds

Product information, images, prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.

Large equipment and custom-built products may require confirmation of size, material, cooking capacity, delivery location, lead time, shipping method, payment terms, and production requirements.

FerroBlaze may request additional information before confirming a quote or accepting an order.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Prices shown on the website may apply to standard items or selected ready-to-ship products.

For large equipment, custom-built products, special-size products, or international orders, final pricing will be confirmed by quotation.

A quotation may include product price, customization details, packaging, shipping, lead time, payment terms, and other order conditions.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order is not considered fully accepted until FerroBlaze confirms the order details, payment conditions, and product availability.

FerroBlaze may decline, cancel, or request clarification for an order if product details, payment, shipping, tax, or production requirements are incomplete or unsuitable.

5. Payment by Bank Transfer

Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer unless another payment method is confirmed by FerroBlaze.

Customers should use the order number, quote reference, or agreed reference when making payment.

Production, shipping, or delivery may not begin until payment or deposit confirmation is complete.

6. Deposits and Cancellations

Custom-built products, large equipment, and made-to-order items may require a deposit before production.

Deposit amount, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be confirmed at the quotation or order confirmation stage.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to material, labor, and production costs.

7. Production Lead Time

Production lead time varies depending on product type, size, material availability, workload, customization, and order confirmation.

Lead time will be confirmed before production where applicable.

Any estimated lead time is not a guarantee unless specifically confirmed in writing by FerroBlaze.

8. Shipping and Delivery

For small accessories, domestic shipping may be based on a Thailand Post or logistics reference rate.

Shipping cost for large equipment is estimated from Thailand Post / logistics reference rates and must be confirmed before delivery. Final cost depends on destination, size, weight, packaging, and insurance.

Large equipment, custom-built products, and items over standard parcel size or weight require shipping confirmation before payment, production, or delivery.

International shipping is quoted separately. Final shipping cost depends on destination country, package size, weight, customs documents, duties, and available carrier service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

9. Inspection and Damage

Customers should inspect products upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact FerroBlaze as soon as possible with photos, videos, packaging details, and order information.

FerroBlaze will review the case and confirm the next step.

10. Warranty / Workmanship Review

FerroBlaze may review workmanship-related issues case by case.

Warranty duration, coverage, and exclusions depend on product type and will be confirmed at quotation or order confirmation stage.

Normal wear, heat marks, discoloration, misuse, improper cleaning, improper storage, modification, or damage from incorrect handling may not be covered.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Custom-built products, made-to-order equipment, used products, modified products, or special-size products may not be eligible for standard return.

Please contact FerroBlaze before returning any product.

12. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functions, submit false information, or use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

FerroBlaze is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use, product misuse, delivery delays, incorrect customer information, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction relevant to FerroBlaze’s business location in Thailand, unless otherwise required by law.

Specific legal company details and jurisdiction may be updated after final business or legal confirmation.
