This Refund and Returns Policy explains how FerroBlaze handles cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged items, and custom-built products.
1. Overview
FerroBlaze sells handcrafted fire-cooking equipment, stainless steel grills, smokers, ovens, tabletop grills, accessories, and custom-built products.
Because some products are made-to-order or custom-built, return and cancellation conditions may differ depending on the product type and production stage.
2. Made-to-Order and Custom-Built Products
Large equipment, custom-built products, special-size products, and restaurant setup products may not be eligible for standard returns once production has started.
Before production, FerroBlaze will confirm important details such as product type, size, material, delivery location, lead time, and shipping method.
Any deposit, cancellation, or production condition will be confirmed during the quotation or order confirmation process.
3. Accessories and Ready-to-Ship Items
Small accessories and ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable condition.
Return eligibility depends on the product condition, packaging, order details, and the reason for return.
Please contact FerroBlaze before returning any item.
4. Deposits and Cancellations
For custom builds or large equipment, deposits and cancellation terms will be confirmed before production.
Once materials have been prepared, parts have been fabricated, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to production and material costs.
5. Returns Eligibility
A return may be considered when the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, the item has a confirmed workmanship issue, or the item is unused and eligible for return based on product type.
A return may not be accepted when the item was custom-built or made-to-order, the product has been used, modified, damaged, or installed, the return was not approved in advance, the issue is caused by incorrect use, storage, cleaning, heat exposure, or handling, or the product details were already confirmed before production.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact FerroBlaze as soon as possible with your order number or quote reference, photos or videos of the item, photos of packaging, description of the issue, and delivery information.
FerroBlaze will review the case and confirm the next step.
7. Shipping and Return Shipping
For small accessories, domestic shipping may be based on a Thailand Post or logistics reference rate.
Large equipment and custom-built products require confirmed shipping before delivery. Final shipping cost depends on destination, size, weight, packaging, and insurance.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and will be confirmed case by case.
International shipping is quoted separately. Final shipping cost depends on destination country, package size, weight, customs documents, duties, and available carrier service.
8. Warranty / Workmanship Review
FerroBlaze may review workmanship-related issues case by case.
Warranty duration, coverage, and exclusions depend on product type and will be confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
Normal wear, heat marks, discoloration, misuse, incorrect cleaning, incorrect storage, modification, or damage from improper handling may not be covered.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returnable: custom-built products, made-to-order equipment, used cooking equipment, products modified after delivery, products damaged by misuse or improper handling, special-size or special-order products, and items returned without prior approval.
